The appetisers are straight-up legendary, like a taste of the Windy City in every bite. The room's modern vibes and free nourishing breakfast are on point. Plus, the staff are as friendly as Chicagoans at a Cubs game.

The pool reservation fiasco left me feeling like a deep-dish pizza without cheese. Nevertheless, the view from the room still stole the skyline's thunder.

The hotel was wonderful and pleasant and in a very central location. The airport was 20 km away. A complementary and enjoyable breakfast with cereals and fruit to order.

The location offered was marvellous just off common areas such as hallways to the elevator saw food crumbs on surface areas and wall trim, a lot of downtown places and almost all tourist spots in Chicago, restaurants shops and grocery shops, and near the metro and bus stops. The breakfasts were wonderful and incredible with potatoes and boiled eggs.

The room was excellent sized and there were a sofa bed and a carpet. The hotel had a stunning location metres from Chicago Board of Trade. There was a great restaurant, the Christmas market and a market next door.

My stay was really great on vacation. I greatly enjoyed having enjoyable and fantastic breakfast with avocado toast.

Functional rooms and new-fashioned with dryer, affordable bar. Great location very close to everything a person could want to do in Chicago, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Chicago centre. And quite close to Batcolumn.

The separate sleeping and living areas in the room were a game-changer for family time. Plus, the complementary swim? Splashtastic! The hotel's location in the heart of the city was a huge bonus. The location was perfect and nice for walking around Skydeck Chicago. I enjoyed the room and its modern decor. I stayed here for a weekend and would definitely come back.

Beautifuly designed and fairly clean place, wonderful view of downtown. A wide array of food at the breakfast, including cereal and fruit. Super central location of the hotel, highly courteous and reasonably good staff in the night shift.

Beds were a bit too soft.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice there, near the Ogilvie train station walking distance. There were well-appointed rooms with a glorious view. The breakfast was good hot, the check in was early

Bday celebration weekend

Stayed here 3 nights on the 16th floor. Complimentary breakfast was a good perk. Great service from Fernanda and staff. Will return next summer. Thanks again. Loved the floor level of the room.

Enjoyable breakfast a wide array of meals.

Excellent sized rooms with a sofa bed, food fab. Quiet area, great location, close enough to major attractions including River Walk, Willis Building and major museums and the business district. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a public park.

The Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown-The Loop impressed me with its spacious and comfortable room, fully equipped with streaming services and a well-stocked bathroom. The separate couch area was a delightful touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The indoor pool was a refreshing bonus, offering a pleasant leisure option.

The room's view was of a neighboring building, lacking the skyline view I usually enjoy in downtown hotels. However, the peaceful atmosphere this provided was unexpectedly beneficial before my evening event.
